Job Description
The Sales Secretary will be responsible for the maintenance and good order of the service customer files and will write inspection and emission stickers for the service technicians and will maintain log of inspection and emission stickers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Filing and Scanning all appropriate paperwork
- Write Inspection and Emission stickers
- Answer phones
- Maintain State Emission tracker logs
- Assist Service Advisors as needed
- Adhere to Bowser Automotive policies and procedures
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by General Sales Manager and Sales Consultant
Education and Qualifications:
- High School degree
- Valid drivers license in good standing
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to drive a standard transmission is preferred
- PA Sales license or ability to obtain a Sales license from the State of Pennsylvania
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for no less than 12 hours/day
