- Make outbound calls to potential customers to build relationships and promote our lawn care services.
- Effectively explain our service offerings including fertilization weed control mosquito and pest control aeration and more.
- Manage and update new customer contact lists and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Answer incoming calls as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with leads schedule evaluations and help guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or phone-based sales.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office email data entry).
- Able to multitask efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of patience and professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Experience with lawn care or service industry a plus but not requiredtraining provided.
