Job Description

In this role youll lead commercial business planning and drive Commercial Program launch readiness for new products providing critical insights to inform key decisions. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance identify growth opportunities and improve processes. Managing the Plan of Record (POR) is crucial ensuring alignment and reflecting business strategy. Youll simplify complex challenges turning data into actionable recommendations that directly contribute to company - Launch Readiness Leadership: Lead Commercial Program readiness for new product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop detailed launch plans track progress against key milestones ensure successful launch execution and manage the Commercial Programs reporting plan ensuring cross-functional alignment on metrics and reporting cadence.- POR Ownership & Strategic Alignment: Own and manage the commercial business planning process including the development maintenance and communication of the POR. Ensure the POR accurately reflects the business strategy key initiatives and performance targets serving as a central source of truth for commercial activities.- Process Improvement Champion: Spearhead the creation and implementation of process improvement recommendations impacting key commercial strategies in a fast-paced collaborative environment to drive efficiency and effectiveness.- Inclusive Collaboration & Development: Foster an inclusive environment that embraces diverse perspectives and encourages ongoing learning and growth within the team and across the organization.


  • 4 years of experience in Strategic Operations Management Consulting or similar roles focused on process optimization and strategic business planning.
  • Demonstrated success in process management or business planning including the development and leadership of impactful business initiatives aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional analytical communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and informed decisions.


  • Proven ability to excel and lead in fast-paced high-growth environments with a strong focus on achieving results and driving innovation.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that significantly contribute to business growth including revenue generation increased attach rates and enhanced customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communicator adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences and leveraging data to develop compelling narratives and data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust effectively communicate innovative ideas and deliver persuasive presentations to leadership fostering collaboration and building consensus across teams.
