Description
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to assist the Online and Warehouse Order fulfillment team during our most influential time of year.
This role is for a Christmas Casual with an anticipated start date of September/October. This will be fixed term with potential for extension.
As a Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant you willbe assisting the team in the daily operations of customer service warehouse ticketing and online fulfillment of orders.
You will be involved in different set tasks including:
- Order fulfillment (Ticketing pick pack and dispatch) - ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner meeting our service level agreements with our customers.
- Communication with customers (Customer Service email and phone)
Skills And Experiences
About the successful applicant:
- Team player
- The ability to work both individually and with a team is essential
- Passionate about meeting customer needs and provide the best levels of service to every customer
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work quickly and accurately with high attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 15kgs
- Retail experience not essential but would be an advantage
You will be required have complete availability 7 days a week during November and December.
