Job Description
Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization as well as testing deployment and release management or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You focus on building solutions and on maintaining optimizing and improving a clients applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing contribute to integration testing and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.
Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience Bachelors Degree.
Certification: Should have or seeking SE Level 1.
Should be proficient in Package Configuration.
Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis Business Knowledge Testing Architecture Knowledge Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management

Responsible for ensuring accurate business requirements business processes are documented in the project artifacts and sign offs are obtained in a timely fashion from the client per the project schedule. Has the ability to structure analyze and visualize enterprise current state and assists in defining future state needs.
Required Skills:
Familiar with the various methodologies: Agile/Scrum Waterfall SDLC - Responsible for translating the business requirements into technical requirements including detailed specifications required for configuration coding and system changes
Required relevant business analysis experience including hands-on delivery for technical projects and interactions with customers.
Experience working within various I&D technologies; such as AI/ML Advance Data Solutions Big Data BI Reporting Power BI AI Solutions data management/ingestion/migration reporting & visualization Azure or AWS cloud platforms SAP/S4 HANA etc.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure in modern fast-paced delivery methods Agile/DevOps methodology and working with distributed delivery across on/offshore is required.
Progressing skills in level 3 business analysis (BABOK) business knowledge package configuration and change management; must have baseline skills in techno-functional architecture design and architecture knowledge.
