Marketing Content Manager
We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead the development of compelling marketing content across digital channels. This role is ideal for a B2B digital marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling brand voice and technology. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact marketing content and implementing AI-driven strategies to enhance personalization efficiency and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Write and edit marketing materials including email copy social media posts landing pages and digital ads. Design social media graphics using IQVIAs Build Your Own Tool. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content. Develop content ideas and concepts that resonate with a B2B audience reflecting industry trends and company goals.
- AI-Driven Content Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline content creation improve personalization and enhance audience engagement.
- Brand Stewardship: Become an expert in IQVIAs brand and writing style guidelines and ensure all content aligns with our standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights. Stay current with B2B digital marketing trends SEO best practices and emerging content formats.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in writing omnichannel marketing content particularly in a B2B context with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn email and paid media.
- Exceptional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think conceptually and translate complex ideas into engaging content.
- Stay abreast with AI and modern B2B marketing trends and recommend/implement best practices into IQVIAs ways of working.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
