Functional Analyst – MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

We are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in business requirements analysis configuration customization and implementation of the Finance and Project Operations modules including the integration of banking solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Gather analyze and document client business requirements.
- Configure and customize the Finance and Project modules in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: analysis design configuration testing training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the integration of banking solutions and other third-party systems.
- Draft detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate client workshops to validate business processes.
- Act as an advisor to clients to optimize the use of the Dynamics 365 platform.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Must reside in the province of Quebec.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Comfortable communicating in French.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O or its predecessors (AX 2012 AX 2009) specifically in the Finance and Project modules.
- Proven experience with banking integration (payments statements SEPA formats ISO 20022 etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL AP AR fixed assets budgeting) and project management processes (billing costing resources).
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in facilitating workshops and producing high-quality documentation.

- MB-920 Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)
- MB-300 Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
- Any other relevant Microsoft certification.
