Job Description
We are looking for a driven and compassionate Physician to join our multidisciplinary team part time in Lewisville TX. Ideally the incoming physician should have a knowledge of or be willing to learn ancillary therapies such as weight loss hormone replacement therapies and joint/trigger point injections. The incoming physician should be friendly warm/empathetic towards the patients and excited to help patients in their health journey! A huge plus if the Physician is bilingual in Spanish.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional primary care conducting office visits for routine and acute issues
- Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments
- Coordinate care with other providers specialists testing facilities and agencies
- Educating patients on their health conditions care plans and treatments
- Chart notes in EMR system (eClinicalWorks)
- Create treatment plans that may include medicine management alongside other specialty care in accordance with the patients needs
- Perform joint and trigger-point injections medical weight loss hormone therapy and other ancillary services. Various procedural training from licensed practitioners is available if needed
- Provide telehealth appointments when appropriate during normal clinic scheduled hours.
- Attend and perform regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care plans to ensure the best care possible.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation of an accredited MD/DO program
- Current Texas medical license DEA license and National Board Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Experience with basic desktop software and eClinicalWorks EHR preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Part time (2.5 - 4 days per week treating patients in office)
