As a Digital Product Analytics Lead on the Employee Experience Analytics Team you will shape and lead data strategies that align with our product development initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience Analytics youll be responsible for analyzing data while governing digital data collection frameworks insights generation creation of reporting and creating data visualizations to enhance product insights and employee experience across platforms.

Youll leverage your expertise in product analytics digital data narratives measurement systems and digital analytics fundamentals to drive decisions through compelling data storytelling. Youll Collaborate with Digital Product Owners and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights that enhance product features and improve the employee experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Craft and present compelling stories to stakeholders using both digital and offline data sources to influence product development and strategic decisions
  • Develop product insights for senior leadership audiences that provide a holistic view of product performance and user behavior.
  • Support the optimization and implementation of analytics frameworks that encompass both digital and offline data collection using advanced tag management systems and other relevant tools to improve data accuracy and functionality.
  • Translate broad business goals into detailed technical specifications for the engineering team ensuring alignment with digital product strategies and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product Owners on product roadmap feature scoping and enhancements to shape user experience and product functionality.
  • Document product requirements comprehensively define acceptance criteria and ensure that technical implementation aligns with business objectives.
  • Ensure rigorous data governance and hygiene practices including the management of offline data sources.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration among different business units to ensure that new features integrate well with existing systems and support the overall digital strategy.
  • Lead the development of internal business intelligence capabilities to democratize data access and enhance organizational analytics maturity enabling data-backed decision making.
  • Synthesize both digital and offline data sources to optimize the customer journey and product performance.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in planning and executing product features.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 7 years experience or equivalent expertise in analytics with a strong focus on synthesizing and integrating both digital and offline data sources to derive comprehensive insights.
  • Demonstrable skills in SQL R Python or similar tools for data analysis critical for joining and analyzing diverse data sets to drive insights and optimize product strategies.
  • Proficient with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics).
  • Capable of leveraging a variety of data analytics tools and platforms to collect analyze and report on data with an emphasis on the ability to integrate diverse data sets to form a cohesive narrative.
  • Experienced using tag management systems and other data collection frameworks to ensure accurate and comprehensive data capture from multiple sources both digital and offline.
  • Knowledge of journey analytics tools that combine data to understand the complete user journey.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Assistants and measurement strategies to assess VA performance with an understanding of how offline interactions can impact overall performance.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences including executives and multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent organization skills capable of handling multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic setting and leading teams towards achieving digital excellence.
