Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst FLSA: Exempt Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager Job Summary: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for managing Tableau reporting develop insightful dashboards and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. This role partners cross-functionally with teams across the organization to understand reporting needs translate business requirements into visual analytics and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy advanced Tableau dashboards and reports that communicate key performance metrics and business insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements understand business objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions
Optimize dashboard performance data extracts and data visualizations to ensure scalable and responsive analytics solutions
Maintain and manage Tableau Cloud environments including user permissions performance monitoring and version control
Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Tableau best practices in design usability and governance
Mentor junior team members and conduct peer reviews to maintain a high standard of work
Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure accurate and efficient data from source systems data pipelines and analytics database
Document dashboard designs data models and workflows for maintainability and future development Required
Skills/Abilities:
Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud administration
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses
Ability to design intuitive and visually appealing dashboards based on stakeholder requirements
Deep understanding of data visualization principles user centered design and storytelling with data
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills with the ability to explain complex data topics to non-technical audiences
Education and Experience:
5 years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and visual analytics in a professional setting Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at desk while using a computer.
