Job Description
Overview:
We are accepting applications for a dependable and detail-oriented Concierge/Security Attendant to join our team temporary staff. This is a front-line position requiring strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a modest environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor entry and exit of residents guests and service providers

Operate and monitor security cameras via Synology Camera system

Open and manage gate access via Brivo system

Accept and log packages and mail deliveries

Escort couriers to designated parcel lockers

Conduct hourly security walks during overnight shifts

Maintain accurate shift notes; detailed documentation is essential
