Responsibilities:
Diagnose repair and maintain Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
Communicate clearly with advisors and team members
Stay up to date on factory training (paid and supported)
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Lead by example as a senior technician and possible mentor
Requirements:
Current Ford Senior Master Certification or equivalent
Strong diagnostic electrical and mechanical ability
Valid drivers license and clean record
Must pass background and drug screening
Leadership or mentorship experience a plus
