Job Description

As we expand into new home improvement products we are looking for anenergetic and results-driven Solar Field Sales Managerto help grow our team and take our success to the next level.

If you are an experienced solar sales professional with a passion for being in the field every day this is your opportunity toride alongsideour current sales repstrain and mentor andclose your own leads. This isnt just a job its apath to leadershipwitha high income potential (uncapped) working witha consistent stream of strong solar leadsand an established sales team.

Offering a strong base salary of $65K$80K then elevate your earnings with uncapped commissions and team overrides realistic take-home of $200K$300K with no cap on your potential!

Responsibilities:

  • Daily ride-alongswith sales reps to train develop and sharpen their skills.
  • Mentor and coachthe existing team to improve performance and close rates.
  • Close your own leadsto drive personal and team success.
  • Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager toexpand the sales team.
  • Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance andprovide constructive feedbackto push growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andintroduce innovationsto keep the team competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience.
  • At least one(1)yearof solar sales management experience.
  • Must have a valid Drivers License.
  • Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry including products services and market trends.
  • Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
