You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage B2B accounts within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction or building materials industry and a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales.
Salary $40k-$50k OTE: $90k-$115K
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of business through B2B engagement
- Generate leads and close new business
- Read blueprints and create accurate estimates
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals

Qualifications:
- Sales experience in construction/building materials
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and create estimates
- Moderate computer proficiency
Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel within an assigned territory
- 3 years of proven success in outside B2B sales and client relationship management
- Skilled in contract negotiation budgeting and territory planning
- Strong background in business development with the ability to build and execute sales strategies
- Comfortable presenting to clients and creating tailored proposals based on blueprint and project specs
- Ability to interpret sales reports and use data to drive decisions
- Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience in the construction building products or modular/offsite industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Chief Architect or similar design software is an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or technical education a bonus
