Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Program Integration Manager to join our team in North Charleston South Carolina on 1st shift.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Master Schedule Skyline and Baseline Schedule Management
- Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of stakeholders and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
- Ensures work statement compliance
- Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used. Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of business operations experience
- Experience with integration across a variety of cross-functional teams
- Previous experience leading teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Microsoft Office Suite
