What Youll Do:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills sensory processing ADLs and overall functional independence.
Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
Collaborate with SLPs PTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.
What Were Looking For:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain including upcoming board exam candidates).
Experience or interest in pediatrics Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
Strong work ethic adaptability and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but NOT REQUIRED We provide interpreter support!
