Job Description
In this highly visible and cross-functional role as a member of our hardware CAD team you will be responsible for developing best in class methodologies and flows for Apple silicon. You will collaborate with multiple design teams to identify and implement automations in internal software evaluation management and deployment. This system will enable us to drive the quality of the chip increase efficiency and QoR of our CAD flows.
- Knowledgeable in interpreted or scripting languages such as Perl Python or TCL
- Knowledgeable in using version control systems such as Git Perforce
- Knowledgeable of software QA methodologies including code review regressions testing and coverage analysis
- Experience in operating within an enterprise-scale Linux environment
- Ability to debug complex compute and license environments
- Minimum requirement of BS and 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong Perl scripting abilities
- Experience in integrating software into version control systems such as Git Perforce
- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD methodologies platforms and tools
- Knowledgeable in Environment Modules system
- Knowledgeable in databases such as MySQL Redis and PostGres
- Knowledgeable in distributed remote management systems such as LSF SGE or NC
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147400 and $272100 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
