Leadership experience managing engineers and cross-functional teams.

Strong EE analog fundamentals with demonstrated experience in all phases of circuit design and development.
Experience deep diving into complex technical challenges identifying root cause hypothesis and solutions in a cross-functional and constrained environment
Experience creating engineering design requirement and specification documents.
5 years of lead or management experience
Experience with development process from early architecture through mass production.
Experience with sensing or biometric system development
Cadence experience a plus.
Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscope meters etc.) and circuit simulation (SPICE).
Proficiency in MATLAB and Python scripting tools.
Experience with statistical analysis of production data (JMP Tableau).
Experience in FEA simulation and modeling tools (Comsol ANSYS Maxwell).
