Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

About the Role Project Coordinator:
A Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring marketing and creative projects are completed on time within scope and aligned with client expectations. This role acts as the bridge between teams clients and resources to ensure smooth communication and flawless execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Schedule meetings record minutes and ensure action items are completed
Communicate project updates clearly and regularly with team members and clients
Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello or similar)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field preferred
