Core Responsibilities
- Lead divisional and regional business consulting engagements to support large-scale business efforts on organizational effectiveness related topics including strategy structure governance and roles. These engagements are generally similar in scope to an external management consulting engagement in a Human Capital or Organization practice
- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide consultation to divisional leadership and identify opportunities to proactively improve organizational effectiveness
- Consult with senior leaders on organizational design best practices
- Support key strategic initiatives in our Human Resources division
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years progressive experience in one or more of the following specialties: consulting organizational design or large-scale project transformation. Management Consulting background STRONGLY preferred.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership
- Experience in scoping and shaping project engagements
- Experience with organizational effectiveness including design diagnostics and transformation is preferred
- Experience in the development and implementation of initiatives from strategy to execution
- Excellent consultative relationship management and facilitation skills
- Superb problem solving skills; logical and analytical thinker
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences
