Job Description
- Maintain safety standards and requirements at all times for entire crew under supervision
- Perform and supervise others in various tasks such as hydro blasting chemical cleaning vacuum truck operation and tank cleaning
- Operate extremely high pressured water blast equipment to clean heavy industrial equipment (pipe boilers tanks heat exchangers bundles etc)
- Work in diverse environments such as confined spaces various heights and storage tanks
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions--extreme heat cold dry or wet environment
- Load hoses chemicals and other equipment required for assigned job onto truck.
- Hook up and break down hoses using proper tools.
- Assist in the operation of equipment or power tools.
- Clean up work area and equipment after work is completed.
- Assist in the inspection of equipment hoses connections pumps and general work area
- Read works orders and collects all basic equipment to perform tasks
- Complete all appropriate paperwork including services receipts.
- Additional duties as assigned
- A strong commitment to safety
- 5 10 years of experience operating vacuum trucks hydro-blasters and line cleaning
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage and motivate others
- Valid drivers license required CDL preferred
- Ability to work overtime weekends nights and holidays as required
