Manufacturing Associate Morehead KY. ( Mon - Fri Day Shift)
RAJANT CORPORATION the 20-year leader in industrial wireless patented Kinetic Mesh networking solutions is redefining real-time connectivity with resilient Smart Routing technology ensuring secure dynamic and uninterrupted data flow for industrial autonomous and mobile operations across various extreme environments like mining autonomy and robotics industrial security and underground communications.
Rajant is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to further the development of Rajants industry-leading mesh networking products.
Overview:
Manufacturing Associate will complete all tasks as assigned by Direct Supervisor to achieve the goals of Senior Management. Tasks will include Inventory Incoming Inspection Assembly Testing Shipping Adherence to quality controls Facility-related duties. Core Hours are Mon-Fri from 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities Include:
Inspect parts modules materials and equipment for Manufacturing
Work with assembly and other tech documents spec sheets mechanical drawings.
Follow established MFG procedures suggest ideas for continuous improvement
Common computer literacy such as Excel Sheets and Word Docs
Use our quality systems to double-check product documentation
Assist in the debugging process and technical issues where applicable
Identify and collaborate on problems throughout the production process
Maintain clean workspace and adhere to all quality checks
Required:
Attention to detail and quality
Precision assembly skill
Understanding of manufacturing flow
Hand assembly experience
Reasonable math proficiency
Ability to pass background and drug screen
Ability and attitude to adapt to shifting business needs
Must have transportation. Work is fully on-site at Rajant Morehead location
Willingness to learn new skills and follow best manufacturing practice
Goal-oriented candidates will do well in this position
Preferred:
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
Micro Soldering skills
Electronic skills
Mechanical skills
Education & Preferred Certifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
MS Office ISO 9000 IPC 600-620 ESD Knowledge of Inventory/Picking Shipping Quality Certs
