A Day in the Life

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of Medtronic Poland Were looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team reporting directly to the Country Leader and partnering closely with business leaders enablers and functions across the organization. This is a high-impact role where youll combine data analysis market insights and strategic thinking to drive both short- and long-term growth. Youll be instrumental in forecasting tenders identifying areas for business development and enabling smarter faster decision-making.

This is a role located in Poland. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Medtronic Poland Leadership Team collaborating across departments and contributing to strategic initiatives. Travelling may be required to support business development and leadership engagements (20%)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Analyze sales market and contract data to support growth strategies and tender forecasting
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using SAP (Systems Applications and Products) Power BI and other tools to guide commercial decisions
  • Partner with business leaders to align on strategic priorities and execution plans
  • Support pricing territory planning and sales performance tracking
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and digital tool adoption
  • Contribute to business development and expansion initiatives across Poland
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations ideally in the MedTech industry
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools CRM systems and Excel
  • Experience with SAP and data visualization platforms
  • Strategic and operational mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in sales marketing tender management commercial forecasting and familiarity with local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks will be considered an advantage.
