The Position
Pharma Strategic Partnership- Project Enablement Manager

The Opportunity
As Project Enablement Manager you will be part of a pool of an inhouse project services Unit within RSS Enterprises Capabilities and report to the Chapter Lead Project Enablement and be accountable for delivering the assigned project services and deliverables in your area of expertise. As part of our Business Services Organization you will play a key role in a long-term collaboration project between Roche and a partner pharmaceutical company. This project seeks to establish a transformative treatment for high-risk cardiovascular disease patients by addressing systemic inflammation leveraging a Roche commercial assay as a key marker to guide treatment decisions. This initiative offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to impactful and innovative healthcare solutions
Your Work within the PMO for the Collaboration Project:
Oversee PMO-related activities ensuring the collaboration project meets its objectives providing expert guidance and governance oversight.
Guide and support project teams ensuring adherence to best practices and effective project execution.
Drive key activities and initiatives by working closely with the program PMO project managers cross-functional teams as well as external Pharma stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Identify track and address risks opportunities issues and dependencies across the project lifecycle.
Monitor and report project status to stakeholders including senior management and Pharma Partner while conducting periodic health and progress checks.
Establish and implement fit-for-purpose project methodologies frameworks templates and tools to enhance project delivery.
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders governance groups and sounding boards through workshops reporting and structured communication strategies.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management to provide insights on priorities resource allocation and project status.
Your work within Project/ Program implementation for the Collaboration project
Manage the execution of implementation activities for the collaboration project ensuring all deliverables align with the project charter timelines and quality standards.
Design and oversee the implementation strategy roadmap and methodology collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Coordinate the planning and delivery of implementation waves to achieve milestones for assigned work packages.
Track and complete all required documentation and deliverables according to deployment methodology.
Ensure compliance with internal methodologies and governance processes adhering to cost service level and quality parameters.
Oversee go/no-go criteria ensuring all are met and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
Transition workstreams effectively to the support organization post-implementation maintaining operational continuity.
Your work within the Chapter and the Enterprise Capabilities maturing and building.
Embrace and deliver VACC principles and deliver servant leadership across the organisation
Architect Co-creating documenting and continuously improving project toolkits and standards for the permanent chapter organisation
Leveraging best practices from your Project/Program to other Projects/Programs and vice versa
Coaching junior resources regarding the methodology as needed
Bringing your curiosity to seek for innovative ways of deploying programs at scale
Developing the next best PMO services
Who you are
Bachelors degree in business economics or a related field with 6-8 years of project-related work experience.
Proven expertise in Agile Waterfall and Hybrid setups with a strong grasp of Lean concepts and project management fundamentals.
Functional knowledge in at least one business area (e.g. Commercial Marketing Supply Chain R&D).
Familiarity with Organizational Change Management practices; experience in pharma or consulting is a plus.
Skilled in managing all phases of a project lifecycle including pre-project activities (e.g. developing qualitative/quantitative business cases defining change impacts and assessing business options).
Proficiency in leveraging tailored methodologies and tools (e.g. design thinking liberating structures) to address customer challenges across industries and functions.
Commitment to delivering high-quality reliable and impact-driven projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex challenges evaluate risks and develop actionable solutions.
Adept at working through ambiguity mitigating risks and identifying innovative opportunities.
Servant leadership style fostering collaboration and engagement within cross-functional multicultural teams.
Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams effectively while representing the RPM team to diverse stakeholders.

Salary starts from 3000 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidates level of experience skills and qualifications.
