About the role:

Were looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Crushing & Screening division in Western Australia with a focus on Sandvik Vibrating Equipment. This is your opportunity to bring your technical skills to a role where your impact is real your voice is heard and your career can thrive.

As the first point of contact for internal customers and a key escalation point for external customer issues youll provide expert technical guidance and a high level of customer service across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Your support will directly contribute to equipment acceptance parts and service sales and long-term customer satisfaction.

Youll also play a vital role in delivering technical training driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of new products based on real-world feedback and field observations.

Specifically you will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues on-site and remotely for Sandvik Vibrating Equipment
  • Conduct inspections testing and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Support installation commissioning maintenance and repair activities
  • Deliver engaging training to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with service teams and Customer Support Representatives to ensure seamless support
  • Provide insights to R&D and Product Line Managers to shape future innovations
  • Identify opportunities for service parts and training on customer sites
  • Travel across WA and the broader APAC region as required

What youll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification inMechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 years experience in mining equipment installation and commissioning
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to deliver training and technical support in the field
  • A proactive adaptable mindset and a passion for customer success
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
