GENERAL OVERVIEW:
This position will be responsible for coordinating quality management activities for the Positive Health Clinic HIV/AIDS program and related research activities and projects related to reducing health disparities that are sponsored by the Positive Health Clinic. Activities will include gathering and analyzing data preparation of reports and facilitation of project teams for areas of improvement identified. The individual will work closely with HIV care providers and related staff regarding quality of care delivered to HIV infected and affected collaborating with medical staff to monitor patient outcome set clinical priorities and recommend and implement professional improvements. The position is responsible for ensuring that quality management guidelines for Ryan White Part C and Patient Centered Medical Home are met and patient standard of care protocols adopted by the Positive Health Clinic are monitored for compliance.
