Baths R Us is seeking a driven and energetic Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments excellent organizational skills and a passion for identifying top talent. This role is also responsible for coordinating onboarding processes and delivering engaging new hire orientations to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles with an emphasis on high-volume hiring for field and office positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source screen and interview candidates using multiple platforms and tools
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of onboarding including new hire paperwork background checks and orientation
- Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions to introduce employees to company culture policies and expectations
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and onboarding records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks such as travel arrangements
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various job functions
- Experience in onboarding and delivering new hire orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Home improvement industry experience is a plus but not required
