Medical Records Clerk

We are currently seeking aMedical Records Clerkto join our this role you will be responsible for receiving compiling maintaining reviewing and distributing patient caregiver and non-management employee documentation in accordance with local state and federal regulations. You will follow company policies and standardized processes to manage client/patient records effectively while ensuring compliance. Additionally you will handle external requests for information preparing copies for review before distribution.

As aMedical Records Clerk heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Maintain all patient/client records.
- Understand the relationship between records administration and all other processes. Has knowledge and adheres to company and state policies.
- Responsible for performing reviews of all charts keeping information accurate current and complete.
A few must-haves forMedical Records Clerks:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical records experience preferably in a health care environment is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Must Possessstrong integrity and attention to detail.
- Clerical experience including basic computer skills organizational skills good time management skills and proficient data entry.
