About the job
As an Inclusive Employment Australia Performance Coach you will work in conjunction with the programs leaders across multiple employment services areas to develop coach and provide technical advice to operational teams ensuring the successful delivery of the program. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop innovative performance-based projects to improve performance and foster a high performing compliant culture
Provide site-based support through induction and training of new employees team coaching and maintenance of up-to-date contractual knowledge
Coordinate training delivered by EPlus and external trainers
Work with Program and Area Managers to refine training solutions specific to local needs
Maintain understanding of skill development and training needs meeting goals of our Learning and Development plan for all staff and roles
Utilise data to drive performance and productivity of teams within the region to ensure outcomes and commercial returns are consistently delivered
Assist in the development of tools and processes to ensure high quality and efficient service delivery in a way which enable each team member to perform their roles to maximum effectiveness
About you
Demonstrated success working in the Employment Services industry preferably within the previous Disability Employment Services (DES) program
Ability to develop monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and other result measures including contractual compliance
Previous experience delivering training to both small and large groups with the ability to adjust communication styles to suit the audience
Performance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs
Ability to think creatively pursue innovative solutions and deliver results within a rigorous compliance framework
Must hold a Drivers license as travel throughout the region will be
