BS in electrical engineering or computer engineering
3 years of relevant industry experience focusing on hardware system design
Strong working experience in electrical design including component selection circuit design schematic capture component placement and PCB/flex layout. Successful candidates have the ability to stay organized execute to a timeline and produce high quality deliverables
Excellent EE fundamentals and analog design knowledge focusing on DC/DC power and signal integrity and SPICE simulations with intuitive skills and a deep understanding of the EE discipline in practice
Knowledge of embedded processor peripheral interfaces (PCIe USB I2C CAN SPI storage high speed serial)
Strong working knowledge of best practices for PCB/flex layout and construction
Hands on experience with test equipment including oscilloscope multi-meters and more for prototype bring-up debugging and functional validation
MS in electrical engineering or computer engineering
5 years of relevant industry experience focusing on hardware system design
Proven experience in taking designs from concept to mass production in a consumer electronics environment
