Overview
Available position is up to AVP level with requisite experience. The FTEs title is SCS Specialist. The Specialist is the primary point of contact for the addition the Specialist manages the overall relationship with those clients particularly as it pertains to the monthly compliance reporting and quarterly note valuation reporting. Portfolio Accounting Analysts support the Specialists by managing the cash transactions trade settlements and preparation of nightly reporting.
Due to the growth of the business over the last year we have had to move reporting responsibilities to some of our advanced order to provide the highest levels of service to all of our clients this additional FTE position is being requested. This role may also include the management of cash transactions for high profile clients with sophisticated cash relationships.
Department Overview: Structured Credit Services (SCS) was started back in 2000. SCSs staff of professionals provides trustee calculation agent collateral administration custodial loan administration and paying/transfer agent services on over 400 SPVs both domestically and throughout Europe/Asia.

What Youll Do
- Primary point of contact for approximately 10 CLO Special Purpose Vehicles
- Produce monthly/quarterly investor reporting packages. Must have intimate knowledge of all issued reports
- Communicate with underwriters investment managers rating agencies and bondholders
- Supervise the work of each CLOs Portfolio Accounting Analyst (internal role).
- Senior leadership role within the team. Close interaction with Deutsche Bank Operations
- Maintain each SPVs annual compliance requirements (Accountants Reports Issuers Certifications etc.)
Skills Youll Need
- Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles
- General understanding of structured credit products
- Competent in all MS Office products
- Advanced MS Excel abilities - Comfortable with complex formulas and modelling techniques
- BA/BS in Accounting Finance Business or Economics preferred

Expectations
It is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana California office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $80000 to $130000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including but not limited to a candidates skill set experience education work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
