Position Summary:
AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne Southbank we are seeking an energised proactive creative and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our established and enthusiastic Food & Beverage team!
Reporting to the Director of Operations your main responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Manager will include:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department including but not limited to financial management administration guest experience strategy & compliance
- Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports for the department
- Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks strategies and team building initiatives
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the AC Hotel Core values
- Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality through innovative and creative techniques
Skills & Experience:
- You will have at least 2 years of food and beverage management experience ideally in a hotel environment
- Experience in leading a diverse team from managing performance to running training sessions and roster management
- Must hold full working rights in Australia
- Available to work varied shifts as per business demand from early mornings to late evenings on weekends & public holidays
