About the Role
Were hiring a full-time Account Manager / Client Success Lead to join our Cincinnati office. This is an on-site position for someone who thrives in a client-facing role knows how to manage creative projects and enjoys working across departments to bring campaigns to life.

Youll be the primary point of contact for a roster of clientsresponsible for communication execution and results. Youll also play a critical role internally helping align the creative media and web teams to ensure every project hits the mark.

This is not a sales role. Its about building relationships ensuring satisfaction and managing success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Lead weekly check-ins and ongoing communication with clients

  • Translate client goals into actionable tasks for internal teams using

  • Organize and lead internal project meetings to keep deliverables on track

  • Review and approve deliverables before they are sent to clients

  • Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and setting clear expectations

  • Track campaign performance and report back to clients

  • Build long-term relationships based on trust transparency and measurable results

  • Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to continuously improve processes

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in account management project management or client success

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and follow-through

  • Experience working with project management tools like

  • Familiarity with creative workflows (web design media social etc.)

  • Calm strategic and solution-oriented under pressure

  • Able to work full-time in our Cincinnati office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a marketing agency or multi-client setting

  • Basic knowledge of SEO Google Ads or CRM platforms

  • Experience managing creative deliverables or digital campaigns

  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and leadership
