About the Role
Were hiring a full-time Account Manager / Client Success Lead to join our Cincinnati office. This is an on-site position for someone who thrives in a client-facing role knows how to manage creative projects and enjoys working across departments to bring campaigns to life.
Youll be the primary point of contact for a roster of clientsresponsible for communication execution and results. Youll also play a critical role internally helping align the creative media and web teams to ensure every project hits the mark.
This is not a sales role. Its about building relationships ensuring satisfaction and managing success.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Lead weekly check-ins and ongoing communication with clients
Translate client goals into actionable tasks for internal teams using
Organize and lead internal project meetings to keep deliverables on track
Review and approve deliverables before they are sent to clients
Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions
Assist with onboarding new clients and setting clear expectations
Track campaign performance and report back to clients
Build long-term relationships based on trust transparency and measurable results
Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to continuously improve processes
Requirements
3 years of experience in account management project management or client success
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and follow-through
Experience working with project management tools like
Familiarity with creative workflows (web design media social etc.)
Calm strategic and solution-oriented under pressure
Able to work full-time in our Cincinnati office
Preferred Qualifications
Background in a marketing agency or multi-client setting
Basic knowledge of SEO Google Ads or CRM platforms
Experience managing creative deliverables or digital campaigns
Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and leadership
