The primary responsibilities for this role include:Lead help create and measure sales assets for Apple badged and channel sellers needed to advance WW industry and partner as the primary point of contact on behalf of the WW Industries & Partnerships team for the Executive Briefing Center content management process. Work with the Briefing content program manager as well as enterprise content stewards and content management process to understand critical metrics such as utilization survey data and future successful candidate in this role will:Evaluate prioritize and help create sales content needed across industry and partner strategies in partnership with with internal teams to support the creation of necessary sales assets to enable enterprise sales with teams globally to gather feedback on existing content and understand gaps that can be prioritized via a content plan in partnership with key content delivery a cadence for content updates and refreshes based on strategic plan timing business needs market trends and product metrics and key performance indicators to measure the usage efficiency and impact of industry and partnership domain content report to senior leadership on content availability usage gaps and success metrics along with a roadmap for future content needs.
Approximately 5 years of validated experience with content creation sales sales enablement or communications
Exceptional writing skills and the ability to distill complex business topics and processes into simple and understandable language
Strong understanding and experience with the Mac and or iOS platforms
Customer facing and external content development experience
Experience with running content workshops with subject matter experts
Great at storytelling and influencing
Demonstrated capacity to work well in a team environment
Experience interacting with and influencing team members and partners at all levels
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize manage and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Knowledge of Apple products and software such as Keynote and Pages
Highly professional with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules
Ability to work a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiastically
Ability to take feedback and rapidly prototype
Experience partnering with account management or sales enablement would be an advantage
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146800 and $221200 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
