Role
As a Software Engineer focusing on Cloud Platform Monitoring you will contribute to ensuring the robust health and performance of Intrinsics cloud-based robotics platform. You will apply hands-on software development skills to actively improve monitoring dashboarding and alerting within the platform helping to deliver reliable automation solutions to our customers.
How your work moves the mission forward
- Design and implement a plan to provide comprehensive visibility into overall platform health.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance their services for robust health metric provision.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle for platform servicesdesigning developing testing deploying maintaining and improving software.
Skills you will need to be successful
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
- Experience programming in Go.
- Understanding of microservices and gRPC/REST services.
- Experience with monitoring in a distributed microservice architecture (Prometheus Grafana).
Skills that will differentiate your candidacy
- Experience with Python C or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP) and Kubernetes.
- SRE fundamentals (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs).
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform (IaC).
