Job Summary:
As an Employment Specialist you will support people with disabilities to gain and keep community employment that matches their interests and skills. You will also serve as the primary contact for the individual and support team.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Solid communication skills creativity organization and independent thinking skills.
- Drivers license and Motor Vehicle Check clearance along with access to dependable transportation required.
- BCA clearance required.
- Basic computer skills.
*To be eligible for a hiring bonus you must meet the following requirements:
- 40% FTE or greater
- Remain up to date on all trainings
- Maintain employment in good standing
- Work all scheduled shifts
