Are you a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) ready to make a significant impact in the field of cardiothoracic surgery Sentara Medical Group invites you to join our dedicated team in Harrisonburg VA as a Team Lead that aims to advance patient care and clinical excellence. Our teams are dedicated to cultivating an environment where every individual feels recognized appreciated and supported enabling them to perform at their best for themselves and our patients. Our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are essential to this foundation and we seek to continue to grow their impact and scope of practice throughout our hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 3 MDs and 2 APPs.
First Assist in OR Conduct Inpatient Rounding Discharges and Consults.
Create call schedule orient new hires engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient/team outcomes
Participate in rotating call schedule
What Were Looking For:
Acute Care NP FNPs currently working in an inpatient setting or PA certification
Vein Harvesting experience
CT-Surgery experience
