Job Title: Registration Change Counselor
Reporting Relationship: Executive Director of Learner Success
Unit: National & Global

Campus Location: This position can work out of any of our regional site locations in Indiana Kentucky or Ohio (Merrillville Fort Wayne Indianapolis Greenwood Kokomo or Marion IN; Cincinnati Dayton or Cleveland OH; or Louisville KY.
Summary of Position: Manage all aspects of changes in registration for students in non-residential programs including Communication with students facilitators program directors associate/regional deans financial aid and accounting. Analyze each request to clarify the impact the change will have on the students financial aid. Counsel the best course of action to minimize negative financial aid ramifications for the student.
This position holds a hybrid schedule with 2 days working out of Marion IN and 3 days remote.
