Job Description
For our Italy Headquarters inMilanAmplifon is looking for a young talented person to join ourItaly Network Development teamsupportingthe manager in the definition of the ideal Network coverage in terms of stores personnel and business models to maximize penetration and profitability. The resource will interact daily with the Retail Excellence and Sales teams and have strong connections with the other departments and Global teams.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
Youll be in charge of:
- New store activities economic evaluation and prioritization
- Market and network reporting and analysis using and matching multiple data sources internal and external
- Key competitors monitoring and benchmarking
- Monthly network development report
- Store network ideal staffing definition and recruiting needs prioritization
- Brand and Dealer Market Share and performance analysis including map support
You are the right person if you:
- Have a degree in Marketing Business Economics Engineering or related fields;
- Have an analytical attitude and enjoy problem solving;
- Speak English fluently;
- Possess attention to detail are able to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks
- Are tech-savvy organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests
