ESG Advisory & Implementation Analyst

Were looking for a driven detail-oriented ESG Advisory & Implementation Analyst. In this high-impact role youll leverage your deep expertise in ESG frameworks and taxonomies to guide customers configure their platforms to align ESG data with Novistos system and make implementation seamless efficient and addition youll be delivering ESG advisory services that address each customers reporting requirements.

Youll work cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) our Data teams Product and Engineering to steer customers through implementation anticipate and resolve issues and set them up for long-term success. Your ability to translate ESG requirements into precise platform configurations drive alignment with senior stakeholders and keep projects on track will be critical. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Collaborate to Define Success: Partner with enterprise-level customers to gain a robust understanding of their ESG frameworks taxonomies and needs establish clear implementation and advisory mandate objectives and drive clear project management for achieving a seamless implementation and meaningful outcomes.
• Operate with a One Team Mentality: Champion cross-functional collaboration and alignment with Customer Success Data Product and other teams to ensure the onboarding process is smooth and efficient driving exceptional results for your customers.
• Advise on ESG Strategy: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their ESG priorities frameworks and reporting requirements. Configure Novistos platform to align with their data and compliance needs.
• Lead Platform Implementation: Own the technical and functional setup of the platform ensuring accurate mapping of customer ESG data and workflows based on customers unique business configuration and ESG requirements.
• Manage Advisory Services with Precision: Deliver ESG advisory mandates end-to-end defining scope deliverables and timelines while maintaining clear proactive communication. Anticipate challenges and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on mandates on target.
• Enable Scalability: Create and maintain implementation and advisory services documentation templates and playbooks to support consistent repeatable experiences.
• Showcase Impact: Track and report on implementation metrics and advisory metrics (CSAT projects completed Median Time to Live). Capture and share success stories that highlight the business and ESG impact Novisto delivers.
• Continuously Improve: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine onboarding and advisory processes ensuring a best-in-class experience at scale.

What we are looking for:

• 3 years of relevant experience in ESG sustainability or enterprise technology ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and taxonomies (e.g. IFRS GRI SASB CSRD) and the ability to translate them into actionable platform configurations
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders including ESG reporting and data management requirements
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and consistently meet deadlines
• Experience delivering ESG advisory services and guiding senior stakeholders through data reporting and compliance considerations
• Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable steering calls with executives and technical teams alike
• Customer-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to empathize advocate and build trusted relationships
• Highly organized and analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving and a track record of excellence
• Self-starter who can prioritize effectively and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to test learn and iterate quickly
• Startup software development and/or SaaS experience preferred
