The work:

Provide data to develop labor market analysis and assess workforce density related to deals within the Federal marketplace
Work to independently develop competitive assessments/blackhats

Here Is What You Need:

Bachelors Degree
Minimum Experience of 5 years of proven PTW (Price-to-Win) analysis and/or 5 years of pricing and basis of estimation experience
At least 5 years of experience in a competitive intel capacity developing blackhats and/or competitive assessments
Ability to develop labor market assessments
Ability to develop data-driven presentations to senior leadership and provide fact-based recommendations

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience developing competitor playbooks specific to the Federal market
Ability to synthesis publicly available data (i.e. 10-Ks SEC filings) to estimate competitor indirect rates
Curiosity for learning about industry best practices and areas of risk analyzing and turning new insights into concrete actions

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:

$93700 - $184500 USD
