We have an opening for a motivated and commercially-minded Commercial Contracts Manager to work in our Legal and Compliance Department. The candidate should have at least two years of experience working as a commercial attorney (in house or law firm) preferably at a technology this role you will support the Associate General Counsel in managing a broad range of legal matters with a primary focus on customer agreements commercial contracts partnership agreements and general corporate governance.

The ideal candidate is analytical business-minded detail-oriented anxious to learn and self-motivated. The successful candidate will review draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements. You will provide support to all parts of the business working closely with sales finance marketing IT security and HR.

*This is a flexible hybrid role from our Boston and/or Waltham MA office

What Youll Do:

• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including customer and partnership related agreements order forms DPAs BAAs vendor agreements and NDAs
• Ensure contractual compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
• Act as primary contact between business and legal ensuring all legal and commercial matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Support the business in responding to customer inquiries and assist with contractual interpretation and dispute resolution
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries related to customer matters data privacy or other legal and compliance matters
• Assist with general corporate matters including entity management corporate filings and policy development
• Help maintain and improve legal templates processes and playbooks
• Work closely with Sales Marketing Procurement Finance Security and Compliance teams to support deal flow and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide legal guidance on risk mitigation strategies while balancing business priorities

Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
• 2 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in-house) ideally with exposure to commercial and/or corporate legal work in a SaaS tech or fast-growth environment
• Experience working within a global business is a plus
• Experience with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills
• Proven team player with a collaborative proactive mindset and strong analytical skills
• Strong analytical skills required with problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated commercial acumen sound judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business goals
• A self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic high-growth environment
• Experience with or strong interest in artificial intelligence (AI) tools is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word PowerPoint and Excel) DocuSign Google (Gmail Google Docs and Google Sheets) and experience working with contract management and collaboration tools is a plus
