Are you looking for a new challenge in a global innovative technology company Look no further than Constant Contact! We have an opening for a motivated and commercially-minded Commercial Contracts Manager to work in our Legal and Compliance Department. The candidate should have at least two years of experience working as a commercial attorney (in house or law firm) preferably at a technology this role you will support the Associate General Counsel in managing a broad range of legal matters with a primary focus on customer agreements commercial contracts partnership agreements and general corporate governance.
This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced global SaaS environment and play a key role in driving strategic business initiatives with sound legal judgment and working cross-functionally across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical business-minded detail-oriented anxious to learn and self-motivated. The successful candidate will review draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements. You will provide support to all parts of the business working closely with sales finance marketing IT security and HR.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and work addition some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
