Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking a strategic and systems-minded Cost Reporting Analyst to help us bridge the gap between financial data and program this vital role you wont just crunch numbersyoull connect them to purpose.
As a key member of our Finance and Operations team youll lead the charge in preparing and submitting State and Federal cost reports that are both accurate and compliant. Your work will strengthen the financial health of our agency inform critical decisions and support service delivery across Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. With a particular focus on the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model this role is central to advancing our mission of high-quality community-based care.

Hiring rate is based on experience education and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
Bachelors degree; or equivalent combination of related education training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
