EisnerAmper is looking for an experienced personable and client-focused CPA who will serve as a Client Advisor on our Dental Advisors team. You will provide outsourced accounting services for dental practice owners. This role places a primary emphasis on client engagement and relationship building. As a CPA you will leverage your expertise to provide strategic financial guidance while fostering strong connections with our dental professional clients.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice owners acting as a trusted advisor
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial needs goals and challenges
Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations in a clear and accessible manner
Collaborate with clients to develop customized financial plans emphasizing their unique practice dynamics
Facilitate effective communication between clients and our Accounting Team ensuring client satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends regulations and business best practices
Additional financial reporting responsibilities as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5 years of progressive accounting experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience in a client-facing role preferably within the financial industry
Audit or financial accounting experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable and actionable insights
Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on client satisfaction

150000The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
