Job Description
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Engineering Lead or Product Lead.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience leading large complex cross-functional initiativesthis could be as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Engineering Lead or Product Lead.
- Proven ability to drive multi-year multi-team programs that require both customer and technical focus.
- Experience leading customer-facing software initiatives balancing business objectives customer impact and engineering constraints.
- Experience with enterprise-scale software development lifecycles including launch strategies compliance and operational scaling.
- Experience managing cross-org dependencies across multiple engineering product and business teams.
- Proficiency in setting up governance models decision-making frameworks and program health metrics.
- Ability to drive consistency in execution across different teams priorities and timelines.
- Proven track record of influencing at all levels from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Experience handling multi-functional trade-offs ensuring collaboration rather than friction.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows and architectural trade-offs even if not hands-on coding.
- Familiarity with scalable architectures cloud infrastructure APIs and software development best practices.
