Calling All French Speakers: Trade Parisian streets for island life
Join our international team as a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist and live in Greece working remotely while enjoying beautiful beaches authentic cuisine and rich history.
Important: This role is fully remote but you must be residing in Greece (Athens or anywhere else). If youre not yet living in Greece we offer a full relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Support French-speaking customers via phone chat and email with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)
- Keep accurate records and contribute to improving customer experience
- Collaborate with a young dynamic and multicultural team
What Were Looking For
- French (C2) and at least B2-level English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude curiosity and willingness to learn
- No prior experience required we will train you
- Must live in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
