- Troubleshoot service and technical issues no worries training is included
- Keep records of interactions and help improve customer experience

What You Bring
- C2-level Spanish and at least B2-level English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and curiosity about new cultures
- No prior experience required if youre motivated well train you
- Already living in Greece or ready to relocate (you must be based in Greece to work remotely)
