Job Description
Friendly Chevrolet is seeking two dependable detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Dealership Premises Operations Attendant. This is a jack-of-all-trades position ideal for individuals who take pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently across a high-volume dealership.
Position Overview
This role goes beyond vehicle movement. We are seeking professional attendants capable of managing a large lot with hundreds of vehicles including customer vehicles in service and new/pre-owned inventory for sale. Youll play a key role in maintaining order safety and support across the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
The specific areas of responsibility for this position are:
- Assisting with New Used and Customer parking
- Assisting EV Park attendants with charging
- Driving EV Rescue Truck if needed to charge stranded customers.
- Driving Loaners to customers to pick up their vehicle and bring back to the dealership.
- Auditing Employee on-premises parking rules and reporting of violations.
- Assisting Loan Car Dept with Loaner Vehicle management.
Specific Skills needed:
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
- Strong communications skills reliability and problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized self-directed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move vehicles with care and accuracy
- Work outdoors in all-weather conditions when needed
- Maintain a professional appearance with a positive demeanor and attitude.
- Be in good physical condition
- Ability to be on-time daily for your job.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish Speaking a PLUS!
- Previous experience managing dealership lots with high vehicle volume is preferred.
