Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP you will assist clients with daily living activities promote independence and help them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. Ideal candidates are patient dependable and passionate about making a positive impact in others lives. Shifts may include days evenings weekends and overnights. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:
Provide help with activities of daily living including but not limited to: physical and emotional support integrated healthcare recommendations and support behavioral interventions and communication support
Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities
Develop and maintain client relationships and foster positive self-esteem
Provide assistance with general housekeeping and home management
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age
Able to pass a background check
- Must be fluent in Spanish
1 years experience providing support for an I/DD individual and/or family member preferred
Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Work Locations: The Dalles Hood River Eastern Oregon Counties
