Location: Basingstoke RG24
Salary: 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time

Were looking for an experienced and organised Sales Progressor to join our dynamic team in Basingstoke.
In this pivotal role youll manage the post-sales process acting as the key link between buyers sellers solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and successfully.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a pipeline of residential property sales from offer through to completion
- Liaising with buyers sellers solicitors mortgage brokers and surveyors
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may delay or jeopardise sales
- Keeping all parties updated with regular progress reports and updates
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in sales progression or residential property sales
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
